Fall Weather & Football

Well, folks, down here in Central Mississippi, it is normally hot until mid-October. But, the good Lord has blessed us with unseasonably cool weather, especially at night. It has been in the mid-60's and has been WONDERFUL! We have been sleeping with the windows open and it has finally gotten cool in our one-window-unit house.

The boys have all gotten back into gear with school and we have all gotten excited about football. Most everyone that knows my family knows we are avid Mississippi State fans that do not, under any circumstance, miss a home football game. There are even many away games that we attend. We even had MyJosh's birthday party this past weekend because his birthday, which is Sat. the 9th, falls on the same day as a home game. It's sounds sad, I know, but at least he gets to go the game with us! MyEli is doing his own thing with his new year in K5, and he is quick to let you know that he is now in REAL Kindergarten. I cried on the first day, even though he went to K3 and K4. I guess it is because he is in REAL Kindergarten now, I don't know.

MyHubby is back a USM for his last year (Praise God). He told me that he thought he was going to go to Law School after he graduated. I then asked him if he was going to be a divorce lawyer, because he was going to need one. Just kidding, but I probably would kill him.

Hopefully, I will get pictures on here next week. I've been a little busy with work and I haven't been able to get my camera hooked up. Maybe I'll have pictures of the latest football frenzy in Starkville. MyHubby and I will be rivals this week with Auburn coming to town. Could be a divorce after all!

Hey! A better color scheme! And another post! And I love the part about divorcing and homicide! YAY!!! Now you're a real blogger.

Let's discuss the fact that we are smart, cute, talented people married to guys who do not earn ANY money. Let's also discuss the fact that you do not have a computer or central air and I am living in a spider den with dial-up internet access. What went wrong? I vote for law school. This being poor thing just friggin' STINKS. I mean, it's not that I think all our problems would go away if we had money ... it's just, well, some of them really WOULD.
